Every figure names the register it came from.

DealSTE reads public registers — state business registries, liens, permits, federal filings, carrier and facility records — and keeps each figure with its source and the date it was read. Nothing here is bought from a data vendor.

How we keep it honest

Breadth is easy to claim. These are the checks the record has to pass before a figure reaches a Dossier.

6 nights

Read every night, checked every night

A sweep reads each live register every night, then a reconcile compares what changed against what we hold. 6 nights are on record, each one logged. A record that fails a check — a ZIP code in the wrong state, an identifier in the wrong shape, a reference to nothing — is held out of the Dossier, so you see “not on record” before a figure we cannot stand behind.

99 of 100

Traced back to the filing

A probe picks figures off the screens at random and follows each one to the source row, the run and the register’s own date. In the run of 11 Oct 2026, 99 of 100 traced; a figure that does not trace is logged as a fault with its reason, and the nightly reconcile reads it.

337 public sources catalogued · 93 source adapters · 47 tables, 1,582 catalogued properties · measured 11 Oct 2026

What we leave out
No purchased consumer data.

No household, credit or personal attributes bought from a broker.

No inferred figure passed off as a record.

An estimate carries the word and its method. A record carries its register and date.

No resold vendor database.

Paid sources are priced and parked; none feeds the record today.

What happens after you send it

01
A person reads it

Not a sequence and not a bot. Every request goes to the owner of DealSTE.

02
We write back as places open

By email, with a yes, a not yet, or a question about what you want to buy.

03
If it fits, an invitation

To a trial of every room, on the record we hold. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
