Three plans. Each opens more of the line.

Solo opens Source without Underwrite, Firm adds Underwrite, and Platform opens every room from Source to Exit. Every plan starts with 14 days of every room, with no card.

Every plan reads every register we read. The plans differ in the rooms they open, who can sign in and how many companies they watch. Paid by the month, or by the year for ten months’ price.

What happens when the trial ends?

14 days of every room, then the organization falls to Free, which never ends. Nothing is deleted: the book stays readable and exportable, and choosing a plan opens the writing again.

What is a guest?

Someone outside your team — counsel, a lender, a capital partner — given a scoped view of one deal. They see that deal, not the book.

Which rooms does each plan open?

Solo: Source: Brief, Dossier, Risks, Act. Firm: all of Source. Platform: all 20 rooms, Source to Exit.

How is a plan paid?

By card at Stripe’s own checkout, a month or a year at a time; DealSTE never sees the card. Stripe’s invoice is the receipt, and the card, the invoices, a change of plan and cancelling are all on the bill from People. After three failed payments the organization falls to Free; nothing is deleted.

What does Platform hold exclusively?

One strategic buyer per metro per sub-sector: an organization on Platform claims its metro and sub-sector from People, and no other DealSTE organization is sold the same pair while the plan runs. The claim ends with the subscription.

Why can’t I sign up today?

We bring buyers on in small groups until sign-up mail and card payments are both switched on. Request access; every request is kept, and answered by email as places open.

What happens after you send it

01
A person reads it

Not a sequence and not a bot. Every request goes to the owner of DealSTE.

02
We write back as places open

By email, with a yes, a not yet, or a question about what you want to buy.

03
If it fits, an invitation

To a trial of every room, on the record we hold. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
